At Pure Anaaj, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.


Shipping Coverage

Currently, Pure Anaaj delivers exclusively within Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer:

✅ FREE Shipping on all orders of PKR 3,000 or above.

Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Order Processing

Orders are processed on the same day they are successfully placed and confirmed during our working hours.

Orders received outside business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing time refers to preparing and dispatching your order and is separate from the courier's delivery time.


Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.


Courier Partner

To ensure reliable and secure deliveries, we ship all orders through:

TCS Courier Services

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for transportation rests with the courier until delivery.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send your Tracking Number via WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.


Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Address

  • City

  • Contact Number

Pure Anaaj cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Customer refusal

  • Failure to receive the parcel

the order may be returned by the courier.

If the customer requests the parcel to be shipped again, additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged Parcel During Delivery

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

  • Contact our customer support immediately via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
