RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Opened Products
As Pure Anaaj is a food product, we generally accept returns only for unopened and unused packs to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
However, if a pack has been opened and only a minimal quantity has been used, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will be made after evaluating the condition of the product.
Product Preference & Taste
We understand that individual preferences may vary.
If you are not satisfied with the taste or the product does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team within the return period. We will review your request individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to our return conditions.

If the exchange is required due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product), Pure Anaaj will bear the shipping costs.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons or product preference, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
